Traineeship - Brand Marketing

Embark on a dynamic journey to become a well-rounded brand marketing professional in the world of e-commerce and multi-sided platforms.

As a Brand Marketing Trainee, you will rotate through 5 different teams over 18 months, immersing yourself into 4 different departments: International, User Experience, Display, and Brand Marketing. Each stage is designed to equip you with invaluable skills and insight. The aim is to take you on at the end of the program and to prepare you optimally for this in the months beforehand. Your development will be accompanied by regular feedback meetings as well as leadership mentorship.

About your new role

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's brand identity, values, and target audience.
• Assist in the creation and optimization of campaigns across various channels.
• Identification, controlling, and reporting of the relevant KPIs.
  
• Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including video creatives and social media content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• A Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field as well as initial practical experience (through internships / working student activities).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written. German is a plus.

Work in the office and from wherever you like.

idealo allows you to work from wherever you are.
