We are the program management team at idealo with responsibility for the successful execution of idealo’s most impactful, strategic initiatives as well as company-wide strategy and delivery processes.

To elevate idealo’s strategy and delivery processes to the next level, we are looking for your support as Strategy & Operations Manager (f|m|x). 

About your new role

The Strategy and Operations manager is a highly visible role at idealo. You will be working closely with the cross functional leadership team across all levels to make sure our strategic initiatives are set up for success! Your key respnsabilities include:

  • Support the successful execution and continuous improvement of the well-established strategy process in our scaled company (about 1K employees).
  • Design and facilitate workshops for idealo’s senior leadership and OKR owners and take ownership of the preparation of PowerPoint Presentations, Miro boards and Confluence pages. 
  • Provide procedural guidance for all participants of the strategy process to define the yearly company OKRs, to break them down into strategic initiatives, and to prioritize conflicting topics along the way.
  • Continuously develop our processes, tools, methods, and templates further.
  • Establish a close connection to the organization to shape our strategy framework according to the needs of the idealos.

Stellenanforderungen

Skills & Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy operations or similar operational roles in a scaled tech-company (500+ employees). 
  • Experience in designing and running company operational processes including planning, change management, (agile) operating model / organizational design, driving transformation (business operations, product operations). 
  • You have a proactive and open personality and handle complex situations in a pragmatic way.
  • You have excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • You have the ability to guide people of all hierarchy levels through your process.
  • You have experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power Point and MS 365.
  • You are comfortable in hosting workshops in hybrid and onsite settings.

idealo allows you to work from wherever you are. As part of our Hybrid Work at idealo, you decide whether and how often you work from our office in Berlin or remotely because you live in another city within Germany or the café down the street makes the best coffee cream. Only about once a month, there will be mandatory office days to bring idealos together at company, department or team level, including stunning views from our roof terrace.
